Bus Departure\/Arrival: Mescit Parking Lot
Bus Departure Time: 08:30
Distance to Hike: 14 km
Elevation Gain: 400 m
Total Hiking Duration: 8 hours
So, what does online registration mean?
It means that you can complete your registration by filling out the Google form and deed of consent provided below and transferring the 365 TL fee to the IBAN we have provided you.
Why aren’t we accepting in-person registrations?
According to Bilkent University Club Regulations, we cannot collect money in person for amounts exceeding 100 TL. Therefore, all fees must be transferred to the bank account provided by Bilkent University. This makes online registration more convenient.
I filled out the form but didn’t deposit the money because I changed my mind. What will happen?
In our system, your rating will be reduced to – points. If we face a capacity issue for an event, we will check ratings to fill the slots, so not paying may affect your participation in future practical events. Cancellations due to emergencies are not included in this category, however they do require proof to some degree.
“I paid the money but changed my mind about attending. Can I get a refund?”
No, refunds are not available. However, you can transfer your spot to someone else by informing us.
On the morning of September 23rd: “I overslept and will be late. Can you make the bus wait for me?”
No.
Damn, Isn’t 365 TL too much?
Well, gasoline costs 40 TL per liter. You can do the math for the expenses.
What does the 365 TL include?
It only covers the round trip bus ride to K\u0131z\u0131lcahamam.
Can I come with my personal car?
Yes, you can. However, it’s not recommended.

I deposited the money but didn’t send the receipt and deed of consent. Is my registration complete?
No, we do not consider the registration complete until we receive the receipt and deed of consent.
Why do you want a deed of consent?
For obvious reasons.
I forgot to bring the physical copy of my deed of consent on the morning of 23rd , what should i do?
We cannot let you join us if you do not bring the deed of consent. You can print out a copy from B building until 08:30. However, do not miss the bus!

1- Fill out the Google Form below.
2- Fill out the Deed of Consent.
3-Transfer 365 TL to the provided IBAN. When making the payment, make sure to include your full name and specify that it is for the I\u015f\u0131k Da\u011f\u0131 hike in the description.
Example: “DOST Mountain I\u015f\u0131k Hike -[NAME SURNAME]
4-Send the receipt and scanned\/photographed deed of consent to dost@bilkent.edu.tr, including your name and surname in the description.
5-Be at Mescit Parking Lot before 08:30 on September 23rd with the physical copy of your Deed of Consent.
